Hal litigates business matters, employment, and contract and real estate disputes before all state and federal agencies and courts. Hal also consults with management on all aspects of employment and business law, administrative proceedings, regulatory matters, and commercial litigation. In addition, Hal represents contractors and developers in the acquisition, financing, and development of real property in Utah and Arizona. Hal consults with developers and management in broader aspects of real property development including oil and gas exploration, joint ventures for property acquisition, and related property matters.
