Jeremy practices primarily in the areas of local government law, business transactions, civil litigation, bankruptcy, and water law. Jeremy represents municipalities, individual land and water rights owners, corporations, banks, and special districts. Jeremy has experience in matters ranging from multi-million dollar bond transactions to negotiating and drafting complex land-exchange agreements. Jeremy also represents clients in an array of litigation matters from complex commercial litigation to administrative proceedings.
