Michael practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, business organizations and transactions, real property law, and trusts and estates.  Michael has experience in an array of litigation matters involving complex commercial litigation and general civil litigation.  Michael has also formed various business entities and prepared numerous estate planning documents.
