Scott has extensive experience and specialization in the areas of bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, commercial litigation, business law, and family law. Scott represents clients in a variety of secured and unsecured transactions involving commercial, residential, and consumer loans and workouts. His clientele includes national, regional, and local lenders. He also represents family law clients in the areas of property and debt allocation, alimony, tax, custody, and related divorce matters.
